What Goes Into Every Shirt
Every shirt we produce is built to the same standard. Hand-cut patterns. Single-needle stitching. Shell buttons. No shortcuts.
Collars
Spread, semi-spread, button-down, cutaway, tab, pin, club, band, and custom shapes.
Cuffs
Barrel, French, convertible, angled, rounded. Single or double button options.
Plackets
Standard, French front, fly front, hidden button. Clean or contrast finishes.
Construction

Our Los Angeles facility stocks over 200 luxury shirting fabrics from top mills, with new arrivals each quarter. Having fabric on hand means we maintain our standard two-week lead time and accommodate same-day rush orders when needed.

Everything Under One Roof
All Pearian garments are produced at our facility in Van Nuys, California. Cutting, sewing, pressing, finishing, and quality control all happen in-house. Our team also provides professional fittings and alterations, so every garment meets our standard before it ships.
