Refund policy
Due to the ongoing public health crisis, and for the safety of our staff, we cannot accept returns on facemasks. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us a picture within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it for you at no cost.
Returns are not accepted on custom items that are delivered as described and without defect. All efforts will be made to modify any items that are not satisfactory, provided we are contacted within 30 days of receipt.
Accessories and regular store items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging provided that they are unworn, unmodified, and undamaged in any way.
